Carolyn
McMorran is a recognized ambassador of human
performance improvement and a leader in the
field of training and development. As a Director
for Valencia College, Continuing Education, she
manages a high caliber team of consultants who
design and deliver performance solutions for
clients throughout the Central Florida area.
Over
more than a decade with Valencia College,
Carolyn has cultivated strong relationships with
clients from many different industries,
including ProSource America, Holler Classic,
Lockheed Martin and Darden Restaurants. She
holds a M.A., Communications, University of
